2024 Len Evans Tutorial Dates

This year marks the 22nd Len Evans Tutorial and will be held from the 4th to 8th November.Once again the Tutorial will be hosted in Hunter Valley Wine Country at Spicers Guesthouse . Applications for the 2024 Scholar intake will commence on 1st June.

Matt Buchan awarded the 2023 Sydney Royal Professional Development Scholarship

Matt Buchan was the proud 2023 recipient of a Sydney Royal Professional Development Scholarship, supported by the Len Evans Foundation. Matt completed the AWAC in December, 2023 and said “The AWRI Advanced Wine Assessment course has been high on my list of career achievements. I was able to identify both my strengths and weaknesses at a sensory level and can now improve the way I approach wine assessment at both the judging bench and within the winery. 2023 LET Scholars Announced

2022 Scholars announced, with cancellation of 2021 LET

Twelve Australian wine professionals have been announced as the next participants of the Len Evans Tutorial, to be held in November 2022. The 2021 Len Evans Tutorial has been cancelled due to uncertainly around national travel restrictions.

LET Foundation AWAC scholarship

The LET Foundation has partnered once again with the Sydney Royal Wine Show and the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Foundation (RASF) to offer a scholarship to attend the AWRI’s AWAC course in 2022.
