Introducing the 2024 Scholars

The 2024 Len Evans Tutorial board has announced the 12 Australian wine professionals who will be the next participants in the 22nd Tutorial being held in the Hunter Valley from 4 – 8 November 2024.

The 2024 students are:

Sally Evans, Chair of the Board said: “The Selection Panel was once again knocked out by the calibre of applicants, with a stellar short list that made the final twelve the topic of much discussion as we aim to create a balanced group from across the industry and the country. The Board encourages all those who were unsuccessful to continue to refine their skills and reapply in 2025.”

Over the decades, the Len Evans Tutorial has proved to be an invaluable training ground for its scholars many of whom have gone on to become wine show chairs and senior wine judges, industry leaders and better wine professionals.  This is the legacy of the Tutorial and Len Evans’ vision.
